Branding & Site Customization

This feature is available to users with the Site Manager or Full administrator role. See Roles

IngenuitiLMS allows you to customize your learning environment with your organization's visual identity, creating a seamless, branded experience for your learners and staff.

Logo Management

You can replace the default platform logo with your organization's custom logo.

  1. In the Management menu, navigate to Site Settings > Branding (or Change Logo).
  2. Click Upload Logo and select an image file from your computer (JPEG, PNG, or GIF format, maximum size 1 MB).
  3. The system will automatically resize the image to fit the LMS header navigation while preserving its aspect ratio.
  4. Click Save to apply the logo across the platform.

Logo Display Options:

  • Custom Logo: Displays your uploaded organization logo.
  • Remove Logo: Disables the logo area, displaying no image in the header.
  • Reset to Default: Clears custom branding and restores the platform's default Ingenuiti logo.

Brand Colors & Themes

You can customize the platform's primary accent color to match your organization's color scheme.

Setting Primary Brand Color:

  1. Navigate to Site Settings > Colors (or Change Colors).
  2. Enter your primary brand color in standard Hex format (e.g., #5046EF or #007BFF) or select a color using the color picker tool.
  3. The platform will automatically calculate and generate a harmonious palette of complementary shades, button hover states, focus rings, and link highlights.
  4. Preview the changes on screen and click Save.

Resetting to Default Colors:

Click Reset to Default to instantly restore the standard platform color theme.

Organization Web Address (Subdomain)

Your organization's LMS is accessed via a dedicated subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.ingenuitilms.com). All notification emails, password reset links, and SMS alerts sent to your learners automatically reference your dedicated web address.

Image Recommendations

For optimal display, use a horizontal logo with a transparent background (PNG format) and a resolution of at least 300px width by 80px height.
